Work Experience

Syndicated Loan Account Manager

J.P. Morgan - Newark, DE - February 20th 2023 to Present

I am currently working for JP Morgan as a Syndicated Loan Account Manager. In this role my daily responsibilities include the direct oversight and management of hundreds of loans and letters of credit between over 20 corporate clients. This ranges from scheduled transactions to ad-hoc inquiries and requests. The products I cover range from small LCs to Term Loans and Revolvers that can reach over a billion dollars. This high stakes environment has allowed me to develop crucial skills in learning how to manage in a fast paced and highly scrutinized environment. Aside from the technical skills and knowledge required to ensure the accuracy and urgency demanded I have grown increasingly confident in my abilities to communicate with high level managers and directors. Additionally my portfolio includes several clients operating out of Mexico, this has allowed me to use my fluency in Spanish to improve communication dramatically not just externally but even within internal teams operating out of Mexico. This position has only further fueled my desire to work towards a career within international finance, and as I begin the process of my SIE and Series 7 qualifications I am hopeful that I will be prepared to meet any and all opportunities.

Strategic Business Intern

Matech Studios - Cordoba, Argentina - March 7th 2022 to June 30th 2022

My time abroad was made even more impactful with the opportunity to spend several months working alongside Argentinian professionals in a true working environment. The firm was a part of an incubatory programs for small businesses that was sponsored by the University I was attending. While they were incredibly eager to work with me they did not have a tightly defined role for me as they were a small firm; this led to me taking a much larger role than would be typical for interns. The firm was focused on a new mobile application which would help customers save money buying groceries while wasting less food, they also had several already ongoing products including a B2B product for construction firms. The role I assumed largely resembled consulting work with me conducting market and product research, developing revenue models, and even creating and then presenting a pitch deck to potential investors. A large portion of the work I did is still used by the team as they continued their progress on their new application.
